These locks are programmed by Lock Connection Staff in Lancaster PA (See our video). We created our own proprietary Software program based on these being used in the concealed furniture market. We did this to make this lock better and more reliable. We then program the Manager card and our own special user fobs to each lock testing it thru 1 1/4" thick wood. These operate on the 125Khz frequency.
Sure, you can get a lock that looks identical to this cheaper, but you can't get one that's better and you certainly can't get one with our program unless you buy it directly from us...Lock Connection, LLC.
These are set to auto lock mode. This means you scan the user fob, the lock will unlock, 3 seconds later it's the lock automatically goes into lock mode so when you close the door and the striker goes into the lock, it is locked. just add 2 AA batteries. Alkaline Energizer max recommended.

Now with an integrated Micro USB port on the lock! This port can be plugged into to get the lock power in case battery failure and the lock is still locked. The lock comes standard with a Micro USB male to USB cable. However, if you want to mount a jack inside of a locked piece of furniture, get the optional PJC-MUSB-20" or PJC-MUSB-3.3' (The PS-002-3.5 external power supply can also be used with our PJC kits and are sold separately.)
We can program multiple locks with the same cards/fobs if needed, please send us a message and we can discuss your needs.
This lock can only have up to 10 user-cards or fobs per lock.
Operation Instructions included with locks.
There is a Low Voltage alarm on the lock. When voltage is low and you operate the lock, it will beep differently than normal to indicate low voltage. Please replace the batteries soon as it typically works between 15 and 25 more times before the battery is too low to operate the Lock. With our new program (started 12/1/22) the lock will automatically open when the voltage reaches 2.3 Volts, and you scan the lock. It will just stay open and not relock. At this point, you must change out the batteries.
The manager card should be used to program other cards only. When you use the manager card, it will open and continually beep, this indicates it is in program mode.

Probably really good for intended juice. I used it for a shelf lock not the best for that application.
I used it for a cabinet with a hidden gun department probably not best for that application. Lock Connection Response: Hello James, thank you for the review. Awesome Lock and free LED light
I took a chance. I usually order these from amazon and they are cheaper, but my typical supplier was out and I need some fast. Well I got these in 2 days... These are very similar, I don't really notice too much of a difference. Except, these come already programmed and the fobs work much better. The card is also labeled already. The big thing is I got a free Gift, an LED light. This one was Red and I usually use white, but I like the red. I am sending it with a customer's shadow box I build for him. Customer service is fantastic!
I got one of these locks as I was just trying to lock up my liquor cabinet as my son is 16 now and don't want him getting in trouble. at the time, I didnt realize it was already programmed. I messed with it and couldn't get it to work. I got frustrated and called and left Lock Connection a nasty message at 9 at night. Not even 3 min later, I get a call from this company. Jeff walks me thru resetting the lock and gives me some tricks and more details about the lock. He was completely professional and very knowledgeable. I know he listened to my message and to be honest, I was embarrassed what I said. I did apologize as it really wasnt appropriate for me to do. I hope this email helps someone to realize that the lock is already programmed, just add batteries.....dont push the reset button, don't use the manager card, use the fobs normally. also, I praise Jeff and the staff at Lock Connection for probably the best customer service I have gotten in 50 years....and yes im that old. We understand electronic locks can be confusing and even though we have written instructions and videos, its still easy enough to get frustrated with them. Horrible product
I got this lock off of their amazon site. They go by Wooch on Amazon. I used it in a concealed application like they say it is made for and it doesn't work at all. The fobs dont even read thru 3/8" thick wood. Then the card stopped working and I had to break my case to open it up. I would give them "0" stars if I could. I have no idea how so many people gave this product 4 and 5 stars, but it sucks, believe me. Save yourself the trouble. First, we do sell on Amazon, but we sell under our own brand (Lock Connection). Wooch also sells on amazon and seems to be a China based supplier. We are completely different companies. Our locks are no where near the same as theirs. We created our own program and software and flash it into the circuit of our locks (check out our product video). We also use special fobs (Made for Lock Connection only). We test all locks in our Lancaster PA facility thru 1" thick wood. We guarantee our fobs work thru 1" thick wood and the RFID card thru 1.25". I will reach out to you via email to discuss things in more details. Excellent lock
Believe me, this lock is not the same as other that look the same sold on Amazon. I tried amazon locks, and I couldn't get them to work thru 1/2" thick wood. These had no issues thru 1" thick wood. I use these in small quantity and will use these from now on.

Best Around
I’ve been making concealment shelves for a few months this now and my customers love these locks. One slight issue is the lock not full unlocking so the fob has to be swiped a second time. Most of that issue is due to weight I believe. In all very good quality American product! Lock Connection Response: Hello Richard and thank you for your review!
