Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Since electronic items can be confusing to program, please contact us for help before returning.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of us receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
All in stock items usually ship within 24 hours of order placement. We operate from 8am to 5pm EST. We typically ship to USA locations as well as Canada only. We can ship to other countries. Please contact us directly for information. Any duties or taxes due will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your local laws.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We also add tracking #'s to your order so you can monitor its delivery time. Due to increased package theft, Lock Connection, LLC is not responsible for stolen packages.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
