    4 AAA batteries required, but not included.  The plug is 3.5mm.  When your batteries lose all their power, you will need an external power supply to open the lock so you can change the batteries.

    This is an Emergency External Power Supply for all KR locks. products that have a plug port on the lock:   This is also used with any lock that uses our Power jack cables.  All power jack cables have a 3.5mm female plug.  This is used as an emergency power supply.

    Part# - PS-002-3.5

    Also is a power supply for some locks by American Security, Amsec 0635245 Override Battery Box. These are for safes with the DL5000 and DL4000 electronic Locks by American Security.  It may fit others as well.
